International Shipping
Shipping rates have been applied for Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Italy and Spain.
We are able to ship to Canada: January 1 – December 5
We are able to ship to United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Italy and Spain destinations: January 1 – November 10
All other International destinations need to have the shipping charges calculated and approved before any items ship and can ship January 1 – November 10
- Customer places order via email to support@houseonthehill.net(no immediate processing)
- House on the Hill will package and weigh order
- House on the Hill will advise customer of international shipping charges via email, and wait for customer approval before processing the order
- Customer needs to approve shipping charges via email or phone and provide credit card payment information via phone or fax. DO NOT SEND credit card information via email
- House on the Hill will charge and ship order

- Shipping will be handled by United States Postal Service
- We cannot ship Aerosol Spray internationally
