Shamrock

Shamrock with a simple border! Even we Germans have a little Irish in us! This mold carved by Vince Marine in 2010 is by no means a Bavarian classic, but after repeated requests, we have added this cookie mold for a little luck. 2.625 x 2.625 inches. ( Connie's note: I baked this at 325 degrees for 11 minutes. I needed to add 2 minutes when I baked it on an insulated cookie sheet.)
